Chef “Joaquim Sousa” of the restaurant Ipsylon at Hotel The Oitavos in Portugal, had created an amazing Dessert.

Named “dessert du jour” this delicious dessert comes to life with an amazing presentation that’s as wonderful to watch as it is to taste.

It starts off as a ball, but once he pours hot cream around it, the delicate ingredients at the bottom dissolve and the chocolate “peels” fall off, mimicking the look of a flower blooming with goodies inside.
